• Currently: We deliver within Triplicane and select areas of Chennai.
• Future Expansion: We plan to offer delivery across India through trusted courier partners.

2. Delivery Time

• Local Orders (Chennai): Same day or next day delivery (depending on order time and stock availability).
• Outside Chennai (future): 3–7 working days, depending on the destination and courier service.

3. Delivery Charges

• Local Orders: Free delivery for orders above ₹[Amount]. A small fee applies for smaller orders.
• Outside Chennai (future): Delivery charges will be calculated based on weight, location, and courier rates at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

• Local Orders: You will receive a confirmation call/WhatsApp message once your order is dispatched.
• Outside Chennai (future): A tracking ID will be shared to monitor your shipment.

5. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery may incur additional charges.
