  • You have received the wrong product.

Note: Perishable goods, opened packages, or products damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.


2. Return Request Timeline

  • Local Orders (Chennai): You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Outside Chennai (future): You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via phone or WhatsApp.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product.
  3. Our team will verify your request and confirm the next steps.

4. Refund or Replacement Options

Once your return request is approved, you may choose:

  • Replacement: We will deliver the correct or replacement item at no extra cost.
  • Refund:
    • Local Orders: Processed within 2–3 working days.
    • Outside Chennai (future): Processed within 5–7 working days, depending on courier timelines.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be made through the original payment method:

  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Online payment orders: Refund to the original payment source.

6. Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to decline a return if the product is used, tampered with, or not in the condition delivered.
  • Our policy may be updated as we expand to nationwide delivery.
